Faded Kitchen: Intuitive Infused Cooking

$44 per person ($25 if you’ve purchased the Faded Kitchen e-cookbook)
Sunday March 30 – 5:00 PM PST

In this virtual class, we’ll cook a Jamaican-inspired recipe from my e-cookbook, using cannabis and herbs to make something flavourful and nourishing. We’ll start by pulling a card to set the vibe, then dive right into cooking. I want you to see the recipe as a starting point. You’ll learn how to trust your instincts—whether it’s swapping an ingredient or adding your own twist—to make the dish feel right for you. This class is about letting go of perfection and simply having fun while connecting with your food.

What you’ll learn:

  • How to cook with herbs (including cannabis) in a simple and approachable way.

  • A flexible recipe from “Faded Kitchen” that encourages you to get creative with what you have.

  • How to follow your intuition in the kitchen, making adjustments and trusting what feels right as you cook.

This class isn’t about sticking to a recipe word for word. It’s about cooking with your heart and trusting your instincts to make the dish feel right for you. The flavours are inspired by Jamaica, and we’ll use cannabis and herbs to bring wellness and richness to the meal. The goal is for you to feel relaxed and confident in your cooking, enjoying the process, and making something that’s all your own..

This virtual workshop is perfect if you’re looking to learn how to create your own herbal tinctures from scratch and dive into making your own healing teas. We’ll walk through easy, beginner-friendly steps on how to make herbal tinctures, with a focus on using cannabis and other herbs for wellness. While we work, you’ll also discover the benefits of herbal teas and how to incorporate both tinctures and teas into your daily routine for balance and relaxation.

What you’ll learn:

  • The basics of making herbal tinctures using cannabis and other plants, (lavender, lemon balm, or rosemary)

  • How to create a personal wellness tincture that suits your needs (stress, sleep, focus, etc.).

  • How to brew healing herbal teas that support your body and mind.

This class is all about creating something for yourself—something simple that can help you feel good. At the end of this class, you’ll have a homemade tincture, the confidence to make your own in the future, and a new appreciation for the benefits of herbs. It’s relaxed, no pressure, and full of easy-to-use knowledge.
