If I book Faded Living to cater our event, do you supply the herb?

This is dependent on the laws of your country, region or territory. We’ll discuss this information when negotiating rates for your event.  In some cases, we work with brands who provide us with products.

I booked Faded Living to cater an event and I need to cancel. What is your cancellation policy?

Our Cancellation Policy for Faded Living Catered events:
 
If you need to cancel an event that you’ve booked with us, you must provide written notice (via email) to Faded Living along with any required cancellation fee described below to activate the cancellation process. 
 
The Client understands that when agreeing to book an event with Faded Living; we are committing time and resources to your Event thus a cancellation would result in lost income and lost business opportunities in an amount hard to precisely calculate. Therefore, the following cancellation limitations will apply. 
 
If the Agreement is terminated within thirty (30) days of the event, the Faded Living shall keep twenty-five percent (25%) of the deposit + any applicable travel costs or expenditures incurred up to that point, including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders, rentals, and proposal costs. 
 
If the Agreement is terminated within fourteen (14) days of the event, Faded Living shall keep any deposit paid and seek any additional losses incurred up to that point, including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders, rentals, and proposal costs. 
 
In the event that the Faded Living cancels your event, we shall fully refund any deposit within ten (10) days of the cancellation date.

I booked a Faded Living to cater an event and I need to reschedule. What is the process?

If need to re-schedule, it must be done at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled service date and may result in additional service charges. The Faded Living team will do our best to accommodate your new cook-date within current availability.

How can I ensure my dietary restrictions are accommodated?

Whether you prefer meat or vegetarian, we’ve got you covered. Just let us know about any dietary restrictions, allergies and sensitivities two weeks in advance of the event. We can easily be reached at fadedliving420@gmail.com
Please know that all final menu edits or submissions should be made three (3) days prior to the scheduled event date, so that our team has the proper time to plan, prepare, and shop. 
Last-minute requests are subject to timing and the nature of the request, and will be honored when possible.

How many courses are included with my dinner party or catered event?

A minimum of 3 courses (and up to 5).
