The Cannabis Hospitality Summit is an annual gathering focused on the evolution of cannabis-friendly spaces, tourism and social consumption. It returned to The New Amsterdam Cafe in Vancouver on April 17, 2026 for an unforgettable time.
Last year, I spoke on the panel “Cannabis & Food Pairing – The future of infused dining” and this April, I moderated the “High Pairings” panel with Renae Hollingsworth, Philip Wolfe & Chef Dani.
We had a conversation around infused dining and discussed our approaches taken when creating an infused food experience, our favourite ways to incorporate cannabis into dishes and their favourite dining experience to date. It was an informative conversation with many gems shared and an excellent networking opportunity in the cannabis space.
